Sèkê-píêë Fêqê (/ˈsèkɘ/ /ˈp˔ɘë/ [keen] [rebel; guerrilla]) is a subtropical Town located in the Ëradîvë Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Sèkê-píêë Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Sèkê-píêë Fêqê was founded by Hetrick Dyêbê, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Sèkê-píêë Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 21°C (69°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a pleasant 24°C (75°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 19°C (66°F). Overview

Sèkê-píêë Fêqê was founded durring the early 9th century, by Hetrick Dyêbê. The establishment of Sèkê-píêë Fêqê was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Hetrick Dyêbê electing to pay people to resettle in Sèkê-píêë Fêqê.

Sèkê-píêë Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 9th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Sèkê-píêë Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Sèkê-píêë Fêqê is is constructed arround a semi-circular restrictive flagstone mainstreet, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town lacks any defencive features, though certainly constructing even a simple fence or digging a ditch is at the forefront of the 's mind. At least, one would hope so.

Right off the bat Sèkê-píêë Fêqê hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things. This wealth has brought the town nothing but neurosis, if you can believe your eyes. Everyone acts as if you’re out to take a piece of them. Every door is locked and every window barred. Efforts are made to make you feel welcome, but only in the public areas of the town, particularly the market.

Cultural Notes

Sèkê-píêë Fêqê's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is famous for its stately symmetry, classical elements, and grand appearance. Columns and pillars, such as Corinthian columns, are often seen supporting open structures or porticos. Symmetry is an important feature of this style, with each half of a building mirroring the other. Domed ceilings and windows grace these buildings, with everything placed in a mathematical arrangement.
